AT A GLANCE

However it suits your schedule

Oral presentations are available one-week in advance of the conference.

You choose what works for you:

N

Watch in advance, then show up on the conference day to join the live Q+As.

N

Watch the presentation right before the live Q+As, to take it in all at once.

LIVE Q+As, designed for connection

A chance to bring your inquiries forward and join in meaningful discussion with presenters and peers.

Explore the subject matter in deeper detail and engage with the presenter in a more intimate way than in-person events allow for.

Peer connection

Bust the boredom of working in isolation over the past year and connect with fellow counsellors and allied health professionals.

Even though our conference is virtual – we are dedicated to providing opportunities for connection throughout the three days.

The daily break-down

Please note: All oral presentations have a pre-recorded video that can be watched in advance or right before the live Q+A. And so these are broken down into 15 minutes for video viewing and then we’ve allocated 45 minutes for the Q+A session that follows.  We have indicated in the schedule below which sessions are live, and which ones will have a pre-recorded video.

June 17th 9am-5pm

Pre-conference workshops are not being recorded, they are only offered as live events.

June 18th 9am-5:30pm

June 19th 9am - 5:30pm

In the spirit of inclusivity, BCACC has created bursary seats for this event, available to BIPOC, Indigenous, LGBTQ2 members and members with disabilities. Please email marci@bc-counsellors.org with your request. Recognizing the challenges of the COVID-19 year, bursary seats are also available to members who find cost to be a barrier to attending this event.
